You can get to any other page on my website from this page, of course, so take your time and think about fishing, catching, and EATING!
I love eating seafood. Just be creative. My 5 year old daughter got me to make her a fish calzone. It was classic--she was watching a tv show where they were making a shrimp calzone--she said-"we have fish, why not make it that way?" It's that easy to be creative.
If you are going to freeze your fish, do it in small enough packages to thaw quickly and freeze quickly. Dry the fish off first and make sure to get all of the air out of the package and seal it well. It makes a big difference. Haddock, cod, shark, sea bass all freeze great. Tuna freezes well, but doesn't last as long. Bluefish...some sharks won't eat frozen bluefish! Eat it fresh or smoke it!
