These neat fish are more commonly thought of when fishing in Florida. I've caught them regularly in Floriday and they are truly delicious. It's flesh has a
great tight texture that tastes amazing. They are called triggerfish because their dorsal fin will stick up and you can't move it unless you pull a little "trigger" next to it. Strange!
They're a summertime visitor to Buzzards Bay and Vineyard Sound and we'd catch them while fishing for sea bass, fluke, or scup(porgy).
