Pout--we catch them from time to time and don't fret it. They are good eating, if they are big enough. They are cool-looking, much like a pike crossed with an eel. Their mouth hinges open like a snake. They're very good to eat, much like a wolf-fish. They make a great chowder or fish that you would put into a curry dish.
