Here is a fish that is waaaay too ugly to ever win any beauty contest. In fact, it doesn't care.
It just sits on the bottom looking up to eat whatever swims by. Look at the size of it's mouth--it can
swallow something almost as large as itself!
They are tasty, though. Considering the size of the fish, the only part that you eat is the tail. It
is an easy fish to fillet, as the two fillets come off of the cartiledge/bone part of the tail quite easily.
A little saute in butter and you have a real treat.
