Don't make the rookie mistake and eat this tuna. It's only a tuna in that it's a tuna, but it doesn't share the delicious meat that almost all other tuna have. They are probably the best-looking tuna, though and they're some amazing battlers on inshore spinning gear. They are less picky than bonito, but that's because you "have to" throw them back, since you don't eat them. I'd use them for shark bait, as they are without equal in those regards.
